What happens at your first visit
We talk
A health questionnaire and a conversation about your history, your goals and what you would like to get back to.
We assess
Orthopaedic, reflex and muscle testing, a posture assessment, and a thorough assessment of your spine and any other relevant areas.
We explain
What we found, what we suggest and what it costs. Then you decide.
We begin
Where testing shows it is suitable, care can usually begin at your first visit. Scans may be needed, depending on your assessment.
Bringing a baby or child? Every step is gentler and adapted to their age, and you stay in the room the whole time.
What to bring and wear
- Comfortable clothes you can move in, such as activewear
- Any scans, reports or referral letters you have
- For babies, anything that helps them settle, like a favourite toy
Fees and health funds

Booking, deposits and cancellations
- A deposit holds your first appointment. A deposit of TBC is taken when you book, including bookings made by phone, and it comes off your fee on the day.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. It lets us offer the time to another patient on our wait list. With 24 hours' notice or more, your deposit is refunded in full. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend.
- To reschedule, call us on TBC or reply to your appointment confirmation SMS.
- Booking for a child or baby? Please book in their name and with their details, not yours. This keeps their clinical records accurate and makes sure the right reminders are sent.
