What Syntropy chiropractic is

Syntropy is a chiropractic training program that focuses on how adjustments are delivered: calm, precise and well timed, with attention to the whole spine rather than one sore spot.

In a Syntropy session we look at:

  • How your neck moves, including where it meets the skull
  • Tension and movement through the whole spine, from the neck to the pelvis
  • Your posture, and how you settle as you rest on the table
  • How your body responds after each adjustment

Precise, not forceful. Syntropy focuses on the accuracy and timing of each adjustment. We explain each one and adapt it to your comfort.

Who it can help

People usually come to us for Syntropy chiropractic when they have:

  • Neck pain and stiffness
  • Headaches that start at the base of the skull
  • Tension through the whole spine, from the neck to the mid and low back
  • A preference for precise, specific adjustments

Syntropy is suited to teens and adults. For babies and young children we use gentle, low-force techniques through paediatric chiropractic.

What a session involves

Every plan follows the same five steps, adapted to you.

  1. Assess

We hear what brings you in, check how your neck and whole spine move, look at your posture, and screen thoroughly so nothing is missed.

  2. Explain

What we found, what we suggest, how long it should take and what it costs. Then you decide.

  3. Adjust

Calm, precise adjustments through the spine, matched to what your assessment shows. We explain each one and ask before we start.

  4. Move

A few simple exercises and practical advice for work, sleep and screen time to support each visit.

  5. Review

We retest how you move at set points, track your progress against your goals, and space out visits as you improve.

How it fits with your other care

Syntropy is one of several techniques Dr Daniel De Witt (Chiropractor) uses. Your plan may combine it with:

ABC Technique

Whole-body structural adjusting in a set sequence.

ABC Technique
Functional rehabilitation

Exercise that builds strength and control between visits.

Functional rehabilitation
NET

A mind-body approach when stress seems to be part of the picture.

Neuro Emotional Technique

If your assessment shows further investigation is needed, we work alongside your GP.

Questions about Syntropy chiropractic

What is Syntropy chiropractic?

Syntropy chiropractic is a calm, precise approach to adjusting that works through the whole spine rather than one sore spot. At Manor Lakes Chiropractic Centre we combine it with exercise and practical advice.

Who is Syntropy chiropractic suited to?

Teens and adults who want precise, specific adjustments through the whole spine. For babies and young children we use gentle, low-force techniques through paediatric chiropractic.

Is Syntropy chiropractic gentle?

It is precise rather than forceful. We adapt every adjustment to your comfort, explain it first and ask before we start, and you can ask us to change the approach at any time.

How is Syntropy different from ABC Technique?

ABC works through the body in a set structural sequence, often with firmer adjustments in several positions. Syntropy focuses on calm, precise and specific adjustments through the whole spine. Your plan may use either or both.

How many Syntropy sessions will I need?

It depends on what we find, how long you have had your symptoms and your goals. You get a written plan with a clear timeline after your first visit, and we review it as you progress.

Can I claim Syntropy chiropractic on my health fund?

Yes, if your extras cover includes chiropractic. We accept private health insurance.
